If I'm at all doubtful about the development of my pain progression, the sudden urge to burst into tears always clinches it for me.

This must be a particularly bad one because the Imitrex is hitting me hard; painful and achey and I still feel like crying. I suppose I should give in and take a second Imitrex before I start going fetal.
