smibboI'm taking the cayenne cure. That means I'm warming up some cayenne powder in water and squirting it up my nose.
Yes, of course it hurts. It hurts like effing MOFO
but i'll be damned if I sit around with this monster sinus headache for one more gorram day.
I did it once today, I'll be doing it again as soon as the fire in my nose dies down.
