I wonder if something like tea tree would work in place of cayenne. It's strong and has the sinus opening properties, but it's not as irritating to sensitive membranes.
It probably worked because it scared the crap out of the germs! Forget antibiotics, this chick is using PEPPER SPRAY!! RUN!!!
