I posted a chance for people to say something anonymously that they are afraid to say aloud. Allowing anonymous comments is not lisence for violating the TOS as follows:
You agree to NOT use the Service to:
Upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that is in LiveJournal.com's opinion to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive to another's privacy (up to, but not excluding any address, email, phone number, or any other contact information with out the written consent of the owner of such information), hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
In short: no one has the right to name names. Period.
I have no beef per se with anyone's expressed opinions (whether I agree or not is beside the point) but I will not allow expression to come before personal privacy.
I am going to leave the post up for now... I was intrigued by some of the comments... but should anyone else decide to get nasty, I'll disallow all but friend's only comments.
