Friday he was supposed to pay me $350. He did not.
Now he's saying he'll pay me a check for $300 tomorrow and "hopefully" get caught up (a check for $400) on this coming Friday. He's asking that I go to court (Saturday) and ask the judge for a continuance 6 weeks later.

Considering he has not kept his part of the bargain since paying me the $1000, why in the world should I ask the judge to be leniant with him??

Do I seem like that much of a sucker?

I suppose merely agreeing to a payment plan at the last juncture was my branding. (hand me that sign there, willya?)

Last straw time, folks.

I am actually eager to go before the judge and tell him "look your honor, I still tried to make a deal with him and he can't even keep it going for a week!"

Then I will push (and I mean PUSH) for loss of lisence and maybe even jailtime. Right in front of his face if I have to.

He asked for it.
